As we all know, ACCEPT are traveling the world and visited about 48 countries in 3 years, several times. They are known for their very close and personal connection to their fans. And yet – due to their busy schedules, they are not able to really get to know what they are longing to know about the countries they visit. ACCEPT feel so connected to other cultures and people, always distinguished themselves as world citizens and live and think without borders, always have, always will.

Therefore, ACCEPT nominated one AMBASSADOR for each country, who is the representative of his/her country to us and our Representative in his/her country. His/her duty is to be a role model as well as give us information about their country, the culture and anything that is of importance to them. The AMBASSADOR should invite as many friends and fans to contribute and share their world with all of us. Welcome to this exciting adventure…

Hi guys,
I just came home from Helsinki and what a show and night it was.
As usual you`ll have to pardon my English writing but here it is:

My friend Anders and me came to the Hartwall Arena(Home of the Jokerit Hockey Team)and met up with Accept-Lasse and his friend Mikael, a huge Judas Priest fan.

Accept were supposed to start at 19.30pm but started around 20.00.
It really gives me goosebumps when Wolfs guitar starts on H,D&Q.
It`s wrong to say that the crowd was ecstatic but they were a little better as the guys played some of the classics.

We really enjoyed the show because the guys really kicked ass despite the audience.
This is the setlist:
Hung, Drawn & Quartered
Metal Heart
Teutonic Terror
Frank(acousticwarrior) told me later that there was about 7-8000 people there and as he also thought it was an important show for them as they reached a lot of people that normally wouldn`t come to an Accept show.

After Accept was finished we stood just right by the stage and watched Scorpions.
Then after a couple of songs Peter, Wolf and Mark came out to watch the Scorps.
Peter stood with us for most of the show and the others came out now and then.
The highlight of the Scorpions show must have been when Wolf and Gaby was dancing to "Wind of Change":)

Then we were lucky enough to get invited to meet them at the hotel to get some stuff signed.
As we came to the hotel they were nice as usual, Frank, Wolf, Mark, Herman, Stefan and i finally got to meet the legendary Gaby!
The only one missing was Peter but we met him earlier and heard that he wasn`t feeling well.

Herman, Stefan, Mark and Frank were signing, doing interviews and talking to us before they turned in after a while.
Mark told me he had a plane at 6.30am so it was nice of him to stay as long as he did.

Wolf and Gaby then sat down and talked with us and we got some interesting news about what we can excpect next year.
They have now written 80% of the songs for the new album and hopefully as Wolf said it is out late spring or early summer!
He also told me that he had a really good feeling about this album, even better than he had on Stalingrad so i think we can excpect another killer album.

We also came with some suggestions about the setlist and they were glad to get some feedback.
So maybe we get Bound to fail and Loosing more than..... next year?

There will also be a new classical album from Wolf in the future, some parts of it is already finished but the problem is to find time to work on it as of course Accept has priority.

We got the Sebatian Bach story which have been blown out of proporsions. The story is that Wolf have used max 2 days on Sebastian Bach shows all together but it is one of the questions he gets in almost every interview.

Another funny thing was Lasses buddy Mikael who kept asking Wolf questions about KK Downing and Judas Priest which he mostly couldn`t answer but he never gave up:)

There were also some old stories that i might tell later and some stories that i don`t want to tell because they were told in a private atmosphere as we sat down with them for over 2 hours and didn`t leave until almost 2.30 in the morning.

I had the best night and can`t thank the band including Gaby and Frank enough for taking the time with us, they really are the nicest most down to earth band.
